Cargo delivery

The Cargo is delivered to the recipient according to the terms mentioned in Tariff cards on website in section Services and tariffs – Tariffs. The courier contacts the recipient before the delivery and communicates the time period for cargo delivery.

The cargo delivery time: from 9.00 to 18.00.

To receive the cargo, the recipient should provide the following documents:

- Power of attorney (single time or general);

- Identifying document.

The cargo is delivered against signature in the way bill of DPD Bel FLLC (IOOO “DPD Bel”) with signature being authorized by a seal or a stamp of the company.
