Delivery on the agreed date

DPD in Belarus offers the option “Delivery on the agreed date” that provides the recipient with the possibility of changing of delivery date but not earlier than the period mentioned in the Tariff card of a certain service. It can be done by contacting our customer managers. The option also enables the customer to choose the maximum value of the calculated date of the anticipated delivery as an obligatory delivery date.

When the parcel is accepted at the delivery Terminal the recipient shall be sent a SMS-notification about the delivery date. The recipient can change the date on its desire by contacting DPD's employees. This solution is an ideal one for web-shops and those originators that have a huge list of recipients.

You can choose two levels of this option:

Basic level (free of charge):

Exact date of parcel’s delivery is determined upon making an order in accordance with standard time periods specified for the service. Early delivery of goods is not available.

High level (on a paid basis):

Additionally to the Basic level this level includes a call of a customer service department’s specialist to the recipient made after the last parcel has been received at the delivery terminal. One day is added to the standard time period for delivery that is used for the communication of delivery options with the recipient. This option can be offered on a regular basis after prior agreement.
