Proof of delivery |
Option "Proof of delivery" presupposes provision of a person indicated by the customer with electronic scan-copy of DPD’s consignment note with the signature of the recipient.
- If you need to get information on delivery we offer you to use interactive documents in section MyDPD free of charge.

For your convenience we offer you to be notified about your order’s reference numbers that will let you getting delivery information in section MyDPD. It will be enough for you to order an e-mail about your order while completing your order request; you may also order regular receiving of your orders’ reference numbers. Information about reference numbers of orders shall be sent to your e-mail. These services are provided free of charge.

You can order an e-mail about the delivery of your package while completing your order request: delivery confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. You can also order a regular receiving of electronic delivery notifications. These services are provided free of charge.
- At extra charge we offer delivery confirmation (copy of DPD’s consignment note with the signature of the recipient) to services DPD 18:00 and DPD ECONOMY Customs Union.
