Return of the sender’s documents
If you need to get back some additional cargo documents verified by the recipient we offer you the option "Return of the sener’s documents". This service is provided at extra charge (for the service DPD 18:00).
The documents that are to be returned should be completed by the recipient and transferred to the contractor at the moment of cargo delivery to the recipient. Return of the sender’s documents shall be implemented within the time period specified in the Tariff card.
The option is available on the basis of a supplement to the contract.
